Additionally, overtime may be required depending on business requirements.Fully remote.Day to Day Job Duties: (What this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)General L1 technical support for hardware and MS Office packagesAnswer technical support calls, resolving and escalating to other support groupsProvide support based on email and self service requests.Document troubleshooting steps and detailed description of the customer incidents and requestsApplies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failuresBasic Qualifications: (What are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)Minimum of 1 year of service desk / helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experienceMinimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experienceTravel: No Travel requiredNice to Have; (But not a must)Experience in a call center environmentDemonstrate a service philosophy in all interactions with clinicians and colleaguesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProficient typing and English language skills (both verbally and in writing)Strong active listening capabilities to fully understand caller's needs / requestsExceptional ability to work optimally in a fast-paced environmentNTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure, and business process services.
