We're hiring now - spots are filling fast for our next training class!
Are you the person who lights up a room full of 4-year-olds at a birthday party? Do you get energy FROM being around kids, not drained by it? This job was written for you.
We're hiring part-time childcare coaches to lead classes, run birthday parties, and create genuinely great experiences for kids ages 6 weeks–10 years.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead structured movement classes - obstacle courses, gymnastics, games, music, and more
- Run birthday parties, camps, and special events
- Build real relationships with the families who come back every week
- No My Gym experience needed - we fully train the right people
PAY & SCHEDULE
- $20–$22/hr based on experience, plus tips
- 10–30 hrs/week (varies by season)
- Year-round position, not seasonal
- Some weekend shifts, plus a paid weekly Friday team meeting to stay in sync with your crew
