About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our companymeeting with pre-qualified homeowners, understanding their needs, and presenting customized bath solutions. This is an outside sales position that leverages modern technology to design and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system
• Build rapport with homeowners and assess their remodeling needs
• Design personalized bath solutions using easy-to-use software
• Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales
• Participate in ongoing weekly training to enhance sales skills

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Previous in-home sales experience is a plus
• Background in home improvement, construction, or remodeling preferred
• Confident presenter with strong public speaking abilities
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Outgoing and professional personality
• Reliable transportation and local residency required
