PC Support Technician

IT Support Specialist (Desktop & Mobile Device Support) Location: Renton, WA (100% Onsite) Pay Rate: $21.57/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Duration: Long-term contract (12+ months) Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide software, desktop, and handheld device support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Provide phone-based and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software applications. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, imaging, and access-related issues. Perform laptop hardware repairs and component replacement, including memory, motherboards, and other internal components. Image and configure systems for deployment. Communicate effectively with users and internal support teams to resolve technical issues. Document support activities and maintain accurate records. Manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service. Required Qualifications Experience troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues. Ability to disassemble and reassemble laptops for repair. Experience with operating system imaging and deployment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation. Must be able to work onsite five days per week. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance are required. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card/Permanent Resident. Preferred Qualifications CompTIA A+ Certification (or willingness to obtain within one year of hire). Additional IT certifications such as Google IT Support, Coursera IT, or similar. Previous help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience. Additional Requirements Ability to pass a drug screening (non-THC) and 7-year background check. Occasional travel may be required for training and support activities. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.57 - $21.57/hr.
