Senior Associate, Web Analytics

Role Summary The Senior Associate, Web Analytics and Content Intelligence will play a critical role within Pfizer's Media Measurement department. They will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of web analytics and content intelligence analyses to enhance Pfizer's digital presence. Successful performance in this role requires exceptional cross‑functional collaboration skills, as the Senior Associate will closely collaborate with key business partners both internally and externally. They will contribute to the detailed process of report delivery, including defining specifications, ensuring quality assurance, and timely distribution. The Senior Associate will also be responsible for maintaining smooth operational processes, facilitating on‑time presentations, and promptly responding to data inquiries. Role Responsibilities Support delivery of web analytics and creative reporting for the line of business, ensuring timely delivery of Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Collaborate with Media Measurement colleagues and agency partners to integrate web and creative reporting into end‑to‑end reviews of media campaign performance reports. Create and oversee website business requirements for analytics and tagging; oversee UAT with agency and cross‑functional team. Maintain SDR to provide Digital for implementation. Liaise with media and digital on third‑party tagging. Work with Publicis to apply eVars and other parameters to Adobe Analytics. Contribute to user experience (UX) analyses, providing insights and recommendations to improve the user journey and optimize website performance. Field ad hoc analytic questions and support colleagues in use of dashboards. Track agency activities and update reporting dashboards when needed (e.g., annual update, website updates mid‑year). Support quality assurance checks on dashboards and other analytic updates, ensuring accuracy and resolving issues promptly. Support web and creative test‑and‑learn programs, collaborating with stakeholders to design experiments and analyze results to inform future strategies. Consult with leadership to understand and meet reporting needs, providing insights and recommendations to drive data‑informed decision‑making. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in web analytics, content intelligence, marketing, and measurement, continuously expanding knowledge and expertise in these areas. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Data Science) with at least 2+ years of experience; OR a master's degree; OR an associate's degree with 6+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant experience. 1 year or more years’ experience in web analytics in a professional environment is preferred. Prior experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or a related life sciences industry and in the assigned line of business. Familiarity with data‑driven media planning and buying approaches. Acumen for analyzing data sets and providing actionable insights for executive decision making. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics (preferred), Google Analytics, or similar platforms, Adobe Tag Manager, A/B testing platforms, MTA tools, Dynamic Creative Optimization, and AI products. Ability to contribute to cross‑functional and cross‑business projects and initiatives, identifying risks and removing roadblocks to enable successful delivery. Strong writing, presentation, and influencing skills. Ability to thrive under pressure, take accountability, and meet deadlines, with strong attention to detail. Excellent listening, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Creative, innovative problem solver who leads with insights derived from data. Experience with Microsoft tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams. Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary for this position ranges from $82,700.00 to $137,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
