Executes load planning and dispatch coordination to support transportation operations and maintain delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities

Plan and assign freight loads
Track shipment progress
Communicate scheduling updates
Maintain dispatch records
Monitor delivery timelines
Identify planning issues
Escalate workflow disruptions

Qualifications

Strong communication abilities
Computer system familiarity
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to follow structured procedures
