Paratransit Driver – Supporting Adults with Disabilities

Fort Collins, CO | $20.00-$20.01 per Hour

No CDL Required | Paid Training Provided | Approximately 24 Hours Per Week

Schedule & Benefits

Consistent Part-Time Schedule

Monday-Thursday

• 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM
• 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Approximately 24 Hours Per Week

What You'll Do as a Paratransit Driver:

As a Community Transit Driver, you will:

• Safely transport adults with developmental disabilities to and from day programs and community activities
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and professional customer service
• Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs along assigned routes
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and mobility needs as needed
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Create a welcoming and positive experience for every passenger

What We're Looking for as a Paratransit Driver:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Safe and dependable driving habits
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
• Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs
• Commitment to safety and reliability

Experience in transportation, caregiving, customer service, education, or direct support is a plus, but not required. We provide training for the right candidate.
