Location: Tempe, AZ 85283 (In-Person)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year + Productivity & Incentive Bonuses

About the Role

A growing, well-established pediatric practice in Tempe is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This is an ideal outpatient position offering excellent work-life balance— no night calls, no hospital rounding, and no overnight call duties.

We offer flexible schedule options (4 or 5 days per week) with 1 to 2 Saturdays per month (open for just 4 hours on Saturdays).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for a varied pediatric patient population in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain timely and accurate EMR charting in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Take personal responsibility for appropriate medical coding and billing for rendered care.
• Maintain clinical productivity consistent with peer and industry standards.
• Complete appropriate patient follow-ups and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, administrative staff, patients, and families in a respectful, culturally competent environment.

Qualifications

• Active AZ Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license (or ability to obtain before start date).
• Previous pediatric experience and/or pediatric certifications preferred.
• Ability to reliably commute to Tempe, AZ 85283.
