YOUR ROLE (Leadership + Operations + Sales): As Assistant Site Manager, you help lead the site day-to-day and set the tone for the team. Lead, coach, and motivate team members. Train on product knowledge. Drive Unlimited Wash Membership Sales and site performance. Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site. Train team members on service, safety, and sales expectations. Step in and lead the site in the Manager’s absence. Identify issues quickly and take action. Train & assist with scheduled cleaning tasks (tunnel, vacuum area, walkways, etc.). Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as internal audits. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Leadership experience in retail, car wash, or service industry preferred. Strong communication and team-building skills. Comfortable holding team members accountable to performance standards. Ability to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates. Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style. Demonstrates ability to improve staff performance through motivation, training, and setting clear expectations. Team player. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Outdoor work in all weather conditions. Fast-paced and active environment. Some noise, water, and vehicle/cleaning product exposure. Requires standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 50 lbs.). PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Stand/walk for extended periods. Lift up to 50 lbs. Operate car wash equipment as needed.
