Bambini Montessori Academy is hiring an Afternoon Childcare Aide to join our team - no mornings, no weekends, no evenings. Just a consistent, Monday-Friday afternoon schedule at a warm, Montessori-inspired child care center serving children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.

--------------------- WHAT YOU'LL DO --------------------- • Support lead teachers with afternoon activities and routines • Assist children with snacks, nap time, diapering, and transitions • Engage children in play and developmentally appropriate learning • Help keep classrooms safe, clean, and organized • Promote positive behavior and social-emotional growth

--------------------- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR --------------------- • High School Diploma or GED (required) • Experience in childcare, babysitting, or early education (preferred) • Infant/Toddler experience is a plus • Patient, dependable, and great with young children • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift • 45-hour Child Development training preferred - or willingness to complete
