Qualifications
Required Experience
- One (1) to two (2) years of related nursing experience required.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to function effectively under stressful situations.
- Ability to facilitate communication and collaboration between nursing and other departments to ensure continuity of care.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CNOR certification preferred.
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
- Stable employment history preferred.
