Insurance Agent – Asa Smith | Farmers Insurance – Adrian, MI

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Experience Level: Entry-Level to Experienced

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by prospecting, networking, and tapping into community contacts to generate leads and fill your sales pipeline.
Present and educate clients on our full suite of insurance products (auto, home, life, business, specialty) using consultative sales techniques.
Assess client needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions that provide real value and protection.
Manage the full sales cycle: identify prospects, consult, present solutions, and close deals to grow your book of business.
Foster lasting relationships and generate referrals through outstanding customer service.
Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Stay current on market trends and product enhancements to remain competitive.

Qualifications

Outgoing, persuasive personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and a passion for surpassing sales goals.
Ability to work independently and manage time to maximize opportunities.
Prior sales or client-facing experience preferred but not required.
Willingness to obtain and maintain a Michigan insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty).
