There are many ways to get involved, from Employee Resource Groups to local outreach.Here’s the Gist:Wolfspeed is growing our U.S. tax team and is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to support Federal and State compliance as well as tax accounting under ASC 740. In this role, you will support ongoing domestic income tax audits, the outsourced Federal and State income tax compliance, and the quarterly and annual tax provision under ASC 740 including FIN48 and SOX documentation. You will monitor tax law changes and their impact to Wolfspeed as well as support tax planning and mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate is a self-starter with considerable tax technical knowledge, analytical capability, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. This role is expected to advance as Wolfspeed’s tax profile gains complexity.The Day-to-Day:Prepare federal and state quarterly and annual tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 using ONESOURCE Tax Provision, including FIN 48 and valuation allowance analysesProvide assistance to outside service provider preparing the U.S. federal and state tax returns including internal analysis and review of Sch.
