Market Research Lead - Bilingual EN/ES, Commercial Focus

Role Objective Lead and manage market research projects with a strong commercial orientation, transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, product development, and competitive positioning. Key Responsibilities Design, coordinate, and execute quantitative and qualitative market research studies. Analyze consumer trends, customer behavior, and commercial opportunities. Prepare executive reports and bilingual presentations (English–Spanish) for management and clients. Identify business opportunities based on research findings. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring quality and relevance of deliverables. Coordinate with suppliers, field teams, and digital research platforms. Support the development of commercial proposals and marketing strategies based on data‑driven insights. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or related fields. Proven experience in market research with a commercial focus. Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written), with ability to present and negotiate in both languages. Advanced skills in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Power BI, or similar). Knowledge of research methodologies (surveys, interviews, focus groups, trend analysis).
