BI Developer III

Job Title Job Summary: Bachelor’s degree (preferably Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent certifications) 5+ years of related experience scripting and data manipulation languages such as SQL and Python. 5+ years of experience and proficiency in automating reporting and building visualizations and some administrative exposure in tools such as IBM Cognos, Pyramid, Power BI, Tableau, or other related BI tools. 3+ years of data modeling within a business intelligence tool Proficiency in relational databases; design, structure, data associations, and query language. Experience in conducting root cause analysis and recommend corrections to data issues reported by customers or exceptions reports. Experience in cross-examination of multiple data sources to provide actionable insights and feedback. Ability to develop strong relationships with management and team to enhance knowledge and lead project work with minimal direction. Maintains composure and professionalism in a fast-speed environment. Able to plan work, set clear direction, and coordinate own tasks in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment. Proficient at triaging issues, identifying data abnormalities, and debugging software Capable of clearly presenting findings in oral, written, and graphical forms.
