Rice's Gift Gallery is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to help serve our customers.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting every customer with a smile and kind word
Being a source of kindness for all customers
Constantly smiling
Building relationships with our customers
Assist shoppers in product selection
Assist with gift registries
Focus attention on our customers
Support design staff on projects
Point of Sale operations
Cash drawer management

Preferred Requirements and Skills:

Excellent relational skills
Ability to chat with people of all ages
Ability to serve all types of people
Enthusiasm for developing relationships with people
Excellent verbal communication skills
Organized and detailed oriented
Background in customer service
