Job Details

This is a CDL A Driver position based in Salem, Oregon, offering a pay rate of $28.00 per hour. This is a temp to perm opportunity with real support from a dedicated TransForce team to help you succeed.

All drivers must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License, have at least 1 year of experience, and be at least 21 years old.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $28.00 Per Hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM
Overtime expected depending on business needs

What You'll Be Doing

Driving a freightliner or F250 pickup and flatbed trailer to deliver materials, primarily hauling pipe, iron fittings, and valves.
Performing warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and general housekeeping.
Ensuring cargo is properly secured and within weight limits.
Communicating with your supervisor throughout the day and validating delivery directions.
Conducting daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

What You Need

Valid CDL A
1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
Must have sit down forklift experience
Smartphone savvy
Customer service skills with a friendly personality
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
Must be at least 21 years old
