K2 Space in Torrance, California, seeks a Senior MMIC Design Engineer to develop high-performance RF/mmWave ICs for next-generation satellite systems. You will own designs from architecture through tapeout, characterization, and integration. You will design PAs, LNAs, RF switches in GaAs/GaN, perform simulations and measurements with VNAs and spectrum analyzers, and collaborate across RF, packaging, and systems teams to deliver robust, space-grade MMICs. #J-18808-Ljbffr K2 Space
