You’ll work side by side with awesome providers and teammates, helping patients feel their best while keeping the clinic running smoothly!**What You'll Be Doing:*** **Getting Patients Ready to Shine** – Prep charts, check vitals, and set the stage for great care!* **Hands-On Clinical Work** – Administer meds, give immunizations, collect specimens, and assist with minor procedures like wound care, suture removal, and more.* **Tech Savvy & Detail-Oriented** – Keep patient records up to date in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.* **Team Player Extraordinaire** – Support providers, participate in team huddles, and help keep the clinic running like a well-oiled machine.* **Patient Educator** – Help patients understand their treatment plans, new medications, and follow-up care.**What You Bring to the Table:*** **Education:** High School Diploma or Equivalent and Graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant Program* **Certification:** Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NRCMA, or CCMA) – Required at time of hire and must be maintained.* **Certification:** Current BLS Certification (or ability to obtain before starting).* **Knowledge & Skills -** Knowledge of POCT, Immunizations, and Injections – You’ll be giving shots like a pro!* **Strong Problem-Solving Skills** – You think on your feet and adapt quickly.* **Excellent Organization & Time Management** – You keep things running like a well-oiled machine.* **Customer Service Rockstar** – Patients feel comfortable and cared for in your hands.* **Tech-Savvy** – Comfortable with Microsoft applications and EMR systems.* **Radiology Certification** *(if applicable)* – If the role requires X-ray functions, you must have radiology training from your MA program or a validated competency checklist.**Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)****Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** with our team, you’ll work under the guidance of a registered nurse to deliver exceptional care in acute care, long-term care, home health, and ambulatory care environments.
