Ensure Sanitation and Safety Compliance Receive zero critical violations in internal or external food safety audits. Always use correct procedures for equipment, cleaning, and personal hygiene. Support BOH Shift Rhythm and Efficiency Stay ahead of prep, restocks, and cleaning checklists without being asked. Communicate needs clearly to Line Leads and adapt quickly to demand shifts. Promote a Calm and Focused Kitchen Environment Model emotional control, presence under pressure, and hustle with purpose.
