Join us and help shape the future of connectivity together.Job DescriptionPosition Overview: This positions serves LEONI’s North American Development Department with design expertise to create and maintain E/E schematics in LEONI and customer’s systems. The candidate should possess the capabilities to independently process E/E systems designs and to represent LEONI in front of our customers. This position reports directly to our Team Leader Harness Design in Troy, Michigan. Job Profile DescriptionImport electrical device and subsystem information and process into schematics (hrn/cmp/csv files) Determine inline and splice positioning Create inline listings and pin-out Perform resistance checks to meet system requirementsCreate system level DVP&R Assist in wire harness troubleshooting for the full vehicleAssist in the performance of relevant engineering tools e.g. DFMEA, Design ReviewsSupport all customer meetings and requestQualificationsEngineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive preferred)3 years’ experience in in executing full vehicle systems engineering projects (Stellantis preferred)Experience in Capital Logic/Integrator or equivalent schematics design toolProficient English speaking and writing skillsGood team work and interpersonal skillsProblem solving skillsWillingness to travelCandidate needs to be authorized to work in USAdditional InformationBenefit offerings to be discussed throughout interview process.People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
