Commercial Exterior Cleaning Sales Representative
Commission‐Only | Recurring Commission Opportunities | Unlimited Earning Potential
• Connect with business owners, property managers, and decision‐makers
• Identify opportunities for commercial exterior cleaning services
• Build and maintain professional relationships
• Represent G&I Exterior Cleaning in your territory Services You’ll Be Offering • Commercial Pressure Washing
• Roof Cleaning
• Soft Washing
• Building Washing
• Concrete Cleaning
• Storefront Cleaning
• Window Cleaning
• Gutter Cleaning Compensation Earn 10%–20% commission on every completed sale
No earning cap
Recurring commission opportunities Commission Structure • 50% paid when the customer deposit is received (5%-10%)
• 50% paid after the project is completed during the next billing cycle (5%-10%) Who We’re Looking For •Motivated and professional
