Essential Roles and Responsibilities Job Shadowing is specifically enabled for this position. Qualified Instructors will teach you the responsibilities below. You will be instructed daily by qualified Terracon personnel. Under Terracon Instructor Supervision – manage the resources and employees on all assigned projects to ensure completion based on statement of work and contract. Along with a Terracon instructor – visit each project site at the onset to create a set‑up clipboard and to establish communications with the project team. Under Terracon Instructor Supervision – monitor project and check‑in bi‑weekly. Under Terracon Instructor Supervision – review reports and track non‑compliant reports through resolution. Ensure testing and inspections are completed in accordance with company procedures and industry standards. Under the supervision of a qualified Terracon instructor – review project budget at least twice per month with Terracon management and coordinate on timely communication with client at designated budget milestones as directed by Terracon management. Under the supervision of a qualified Terracon instructor – review plans and specifications, identify testing and inspection scope of work, and understand manpower needed to complete work. Follow safety rules and practices and other safety requirements for all projects. Perform pre‑task planning prior to executing work. Report any safety issues or concerns to management. Look to instructors to teach the Terracon way of maintaining quality standards on all projects. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements At a minimum, high school diploma or equivalent. SkillBridge approved applicant with honorable discharge pending. DD214 is a must to apply.
