About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Evening Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Med Surg and Telemetry required; some oncology experience required. License: Valid Illinois or Iowa nursing license required. Certifications: BLS certification required. Must-Have: Epic EMR experience required. Driver's License required. Work history/resume required. Skills checklist must have been completed within 1 year of submission date. License verification required. Copy of required certifications required. 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission. Taxable address must be outside of 50 miles from the facility. Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Responsibilities include providing care to patients in a med/surg and telemetry setting. Candidates should possess strong clinical skills and be able to work collaboratively with healthcare teams. The ability to adapt to various patient care needs is essential. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to ensure high-quality patient care.
