Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time
Eastern Star Home and Campus | Oriskany, NY
$38–$44/hour | Full-Time | Benefits

Post Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Eastern Star Home and Campus. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy while helping residents improve daily function, build confidence, and maintain greater independence.

What You'll Do

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled treatment addressing activities of daily living, strength, coordination, balance, cognition, and functional performance
• Establish appropriate therapy goals and monitor resident progress
• Introduce adaptive techniques and equipment to support safety and independence
• Adjust treatment plans based on resident needs and response to therapy
• Provide education to residents and caregivers to support continued progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Work closely with COTAs, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Active New York Occupational Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply
