Job Description Our client is seeking a mid to seniorlevel .NET Developer to join their application development team as a flex resource supporting multiple lines of business as needs arise. This role is being added to fill a critical need and is ideal for a highly experienced developer who can quickly contribute with minimal rampup.\n \nThis individual will not be assigned to a single longterm project, but instead will work where support and development expertise is most needed across the organization. The first anticipated initiative includes rewriting and modernizing a web application, along with ongoing efforts to migrate legacy applications to Azure.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n- Design, develop, and maintain enterpriselevel applications using C#, ASP.NET Core (3.1), ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server.\n- Write clean, scalable code from scratch, including development and consumption of Web APIs and shared services.\n- Support application modernization efforts, including cloud migration to Azure.\n- Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment alongside architects, developers, and business stakeholders.\n- Participate in DevOps workflows, including CI/CD pipelines and ADO/Azure DevOps processes.\n- Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical team members.\n\nCompensation:\n$45-50/hr.\nExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.\nHealthcare benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, financial protection benefits, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. 401k retirement account access is offered starting on the 90th day with employer matching after one year of service.
