Senior AWS & Multi-Database Engineer

Econify is a NYC-based consulting and development firm composed of smart, motivated engineers. We partner with enterprise media and fintech clients to design, build, and scale complex systems. Our teams embed directly with product organizations to solve high‑impact technical problems that reach millions of users. Responsibilities Managing AWS services such as RDS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, DocumentDB, and OpenSearch; maintaining database availability and recovery readiness; leading migrations and disaster recovery planning; implementing monitoring and automation strategies; and collaborating with engineering, DevOps, and analytics teams to deliver secure and cost‑efficient solutions. Qualifications 5-10+ years of experience managing production database systems in AWS and hybrid environments. Strong experience with Oracle Database and MongoDB, SQL and NoSQL data modeling, performance tuning, high availability, replication, and disaster recovery. Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation. Familiarity with AWS security best practices including IAM, VPC networking, and encryption. #J-18808-Ljbffr Econify LLC
