FUNCTIE-INFORMATIEIn je rol als calculator/kostendeskundige ben je met de volgende werkzaamheden bezig, o.a.:Bekijken van locaties.Voeren van gesprekken met opdrachtgevers.Opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen en begrotingen voor renovatie-, transformatie- en verbouwprojecten.Analyseren van projectdocumentatie en risico’s signaleren.Inwinnen en beoordelen van offertes van onderaannemers en leveranciers.Adviseren van het projectteam over de financiële haalbaarheid en kansen.Meedenken over optimalisaties en alternatieven om kosten te besparen.Onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en collega’s.AANBODDeze aannemer gelooft in het creëren van een fijne werkomgeving waarin jij je kunt ontwikkelen en impact kunt maken.
