$58,000 - $65,000Annually

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist (Bilingual) to support talent acquisition, coordinate recruiting efforts, and help attract and hire top talent. 

Tasks and Duties:  

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. 
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities. 
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other recruitment channels. 
• Collaborate with external recruiting agencies to coordinate candidate submissions, communicate hiring needs, and track recruiting progress. 
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates against position requirements. 
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners. 
• Maintain accurate candidate records, manage applicant tracking systems, and monitor candidate progress throughout the hiring process. 
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for manufacturing, engineering, administrative, and other key positions. 
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including employment documentation and new-hire communication. 
• Track recruiting metrics, monitor time-to-fill, and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency. 

Requirements:  

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate's degree considered with relevant experience. 
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong reading and writing skills. 
• 1 to 2 years of HR or recruiting experience required. 
• Self-starter with strong communication skills and a warm, approachable personality.
