Supporting the closing of commercial real estate loans, the full-time California Licensed CRE Closing Administrator will ensure accurate documentation and compliance while collaborating with internal teams and external partners in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Prepare and review loan documentation for commercial real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with bank policies Administer loan disbursements and oversee loan files for accuracy and completeness Partner with title companies and escrow officers to verify title policies and insurance coverage Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in closing or funding commercial real estate secured loans Understanding of commercial real estate loan closing processes and documentation requirements Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree Virtual Vocations Inc
