Field Sales Representative (Publix)Coke Florida is looking for a Field Sales Representative (FSR) based out of our Hollywood location. We're currently looking for Monday-Friday, working 7:00am until finish.What You Will Do:As a Coke Florida Field Sales Representative (FSR), you will be responsible for business development, service to customers and customer relationships. The FSR increases business by selling additional brands and packages within his or her sales territory's existing customer base. The Field Sales Representative at Coke Florida works against specific strategic customers, specifically Publix stores.Roles and Responsibilities:Making sales and assisting orders from customersBuild and maintain profitable customer relationshipsExecute and close all sales callsSell in incremental displays and equipment placements; sell in promotional programs and ensure dealer complianceService the account on every visit – to include light merchandising, Cold Vaults, Beverage Sections, and Cold Drink EquipmentReview business results with customersEnsure Company assets meet performance requirements and develop a plan of action for those assets generating zero or low volumeEnsure outlets comply with Coke Florida standardsCommunicate account activities to appropriate partiesSome merchandising and rotation inspectionLead, schedule and at times execute resets to expand portfolioResolve customer inquiries, including researching and closing customer service tickets.Transport, replace, and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for account.Maintain regular and punctual attendanceWork overtime as assignedComply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable lawsIdentifying and reporting any unsafe working conditionsComply with dress code or appearance/grooming standardsWork shifts and work schedules as assignedFor this role, you will need:High School or GED (General Education Diploma) requiredMust be 18 years of age or olderAt least 1 year of general work experienceAbility to use and understand mobile applicationsAbility to work variable schedule, weekends and holidays requiredMust have and maintain a valid driver's licenseMust have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance, as specified by the company.Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years. *Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.*Major moving violations include, but are not limited to, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, and reckless driving. Minor moving violations include, but are not limited to, speeding, driving too close, failure to stop, and improper lane changes. Driving records, including minor moving violations, will be evaluated according to Coke Florida guidelines to determine eligibility for the Field Sales Representative position.Additional Qualifications that will make you successful in this role:Bachelor Degree /3-4 Yr. Degree preferredAt least 1 year of previous sales experience preferredFood/beverage industry experience preferredAbility to create and conduct sales presentations requiredStrong attention to detail and follow-up skillsExcellent planning and organization skillsProficient in computer application skillsThis role is extremely physical, which will require:Ability to repetitively lift, carry, and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.Ability to repetitively push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance while kneeling; squatting; reaching above the head; reaching at the waist; reaching below the knees; and bending at the knees.Ability to repetitively push and pull manual transport equipment (for example, pallet jack, handtruck) containing product loads a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.Ability to exert oneself physically over sustained periods of time to complete job activities.Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print.Ability to stand a minimum of 6 hours during the workday.Ability to walk a minimum of 4 miles during the workday.Frequently work in a hot/humid outdoor environment.This job description is not an exhaustive list of all functions that the employee may be required to perform, and the employee may be required to perform additional functions.
