Job Description:NOTE: Fidelity will not provide sponsorship for this position.The RoleThe Client Reporting Associate is a highly visible role at the center of delivering exceptional institutional client reporting across Fidelity Institutional Asset Management (FIAM) and shaping how we move forward as a team. This is an opportunity to go beyond traditional reporting by driving automation, leveraging data, and continuously improving how we deliver for our clients.In this role, we take ownership of end-to-end client reporting across monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc deliverables while working across teams like Client Services, Product, Technology, Performance, and Compliance. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong attention to detail, embraces innovation, and shows up every day with a positive, team first mindset.Primary ResponsibilitiesProduce and deliver monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc client reports for institutional clients and consultantsEnsure all deliverables meet high standards for accuracy, consistency, and timelinessSupport both standard and customized reporting solutions across diverse client and account structuresPartner with Technology and Product teams to ensure data integrity and content accuracy across reporting outputsLeverage tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and SimCorp C1 to support reporting processes and data validationContribute to the development of dashboard-based and automated reporting solutionsIdentify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve scalabilitySupport the transition from static, manual reporting to automated and digital delivery channelsTrack recurring issues and partner with stakeholders to drive root cause resolution and long-term efficiency gainsCollaborate with Client Services to understand client needs, account structures, and reporting requirementsPartner with Product and Marketing teams to support new product launches and evolving reporting contentEngage stakeholders to define reporting objectives, enhancements, and standardization effortsConfigure and maintain reporting setups in SimCorp C1 or other reporting toolsSupport layout design and report structure development to ensure clarity and consistency across deliverablesParticipate in initiatives aimed at standardizing report formats and improving client experienceThe Expertise and Skills You BringYour background in client reporting or data analysis, combined with a strong attention to detail and dedication to quality, will be crucial for this role. You should have a bachelor's degree or 2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau will be beneficial. Exposure to reporting platforms such as SimCorp C1 is preferred. Your ability to analyze, interpret, and validate large datasets, alongside strong communication and collaboration skills, will ensure success in this fast-paced environment. A proactive approach is essential for continuous improvement.The TeamThe Institutional Client Reporting team is part of the Investment Marketing Services group, a division of FI and Asset Management Marketing. Our team plays an important role in supporting Fidelity Institutional (FI) by managing the automation and production of reports for our institutional clients. Our team regularly interacts with marketing product owners, multiple analyst groups, portfolio management support teams, and our technology team. The objective of our work is to support institutional asset retention by producing timely and accurate client reports while maintaining consistency of data across the collateral. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
