$20K Sign-On + Relocation | $200K–$300K+ Potential | Solo Dentist for the Practice

A private, dentist-owned practice in Lepanto, AR is seeking an experienced General Dentist ready to step into a leadership role with a clear path to running the office. You’ll walk into an established patient base, strong systems, and a role designed for long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry
• Perform surgical extractions and core procedures independently
• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with leadership and prepare to take on a lead role

Compensation & Growth

• $200K to $300K+ (depending on skills) based on production
• Production-based model with strong upside
• 3-month guarantee to support ramp-up

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active Arkansas license or ability to obtain
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a private practice setting
• Interest in leadership and long-term growth without traditional ownership
