Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled RN, specializing in the Operating Room, for a travel assignment in Rockford, IL. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic acute care setting with a trauma level 1 designation. Nurses will interact with a diverse range of cases, utilizing the Epic EMR system, and contributing to a team of dedicated specialists.

Key responsibilities of the RN OR Operating Room include:

• Perform scrubbing duties required for surgical procedures
• Collaborate with a team of surgical techs and CNAs to ensure efficient operation turnover
• Handle a variety of cases across several specialties like general, GYN, urology, and more
• Contribute to maintaining the integrity of the sterile field
• Respond to the call approximately once per week and during assigned weekends

Requirements of the RN OR Operating Room include:

• Active RN license in Illinois
• BLS certification required (AHA)
• Minimum of 3 years of OR nursing experience
• Experience with scrubbing in an OR setting
