NOW HIRING - Truck Driver / Mobile Equipment Operator

Manpower is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Mobile Equipment Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position is ideal for candidates with heavy equipment, quarry, production, or construction experience.

Schedule:
6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Duties:
• Operate mobile equipment including haul trucks, loaders, water trucks, excavators, tractors, forklifts, and other production equipment
• Move materials between workstations and storage locations
• Perform dispatch duties and maintain load out areas
• Monitor material quality and communicate with production teams
• Assist with equipment adjustments and minor repairs
• Cross-train in other plant positions as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and government regulations

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of equipment operating experience preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and sit for extended periods
• Experience using hand and power tools preferred
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Strong attendance and safety mindset

Requirements:
• Pre-employment drug screen required
• Background screening required, including criminal history and MVR when applicable
• MSHA certification required
