Maintain accurate personnel records, attendance logs, and confidential employee files within the HR Information System (HRIS). Support the recruitment lifecycle by posting open positions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. Draft and translate internal HR communications, company policies, and announcements between English and Japanese. Assist with payroll preparation by auditing timecards and verifying overtime hours with department supervisors. Requirements 1-3 years of HR support or administrative experience within a U.S. corporate setting.
