Description:
The role involves providing general care for medical/surgical patients.

The nurse-to-patient ratio is expected to be 1:6.
Support staff includes CNAs, and the nurse will be involved in various duties and tasks.
Responsibilities may include general activities of daily living, vital signs, and patient mobility assistance.
Charge nurse duties may also apply in this role.
The facility utilizes electronic medical records and specific medical equipment.
Familiarity with telemonitoring technology is beneficial.
Floating to sister units may be required, which have similar expectations.
