Why Apply? $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible employees 50% commission-based compensation No nights or weekends Part-time, daytime schedule Supportive team environment Meaningful work with appreciative senior clientele 401(k) with company match after one year of employment What You'll Do Provide professional manicures, pedicures, and hand and foot treatments Deliver personalized nail services tailored to mature clientele Create a clean, safe, relaxing, and welcoming environment Build meaningful relationships with residents Use appropriate techniques and products for mature skin and nails Follow all company, state licensing, sanitation, hygiene, and safety requirements What We're Looking For Current Massachusetts Nail Technician License Experience providing professional manicures and pedicures A compassionate, patient, and dependable personality Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently Experience working with seniors or in senior living is a plus, but not required

• 1,000 Sign-On Bonus Eligible employees may receive a total sign-on bonus of $1,000 , paid in installments:
• 250 after successful completion of 90 days , including completion of required CARES certification, if applicable, adherence to RSS paperwork protocols, and effective use of RSS systems
• 250 after 6 months of employment , provided the employee remains in good standing and follows RSS policies and protocols
• 500 after 1 year of employment , provided the employee remains in good standing and continues to meet RSS performance expectations, policies, and protocols

RSS reserves the right to withhold unpaid bonus installments if the employee is not in good standing, voluntarily resigns, or is terminated before completing one year of employment.
