By connecting with The Pivot Group Network, you position yourself for roles that match your background and aspirations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement quality control procedures and standards.Supervise and train quality technicians and inspectors.Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and non-conformances.Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment.Oversee the inspection and testing of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports and records.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality systems.Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).Strong understanding of root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.Bonus QualificationsLean Six Sigma Green Belt certificationExperience with ISO 9001:2015 implementation or auditingProficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)ASQ Certified Quality Supervisor (CQS) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)Bilingual in English and SpanishJob Titles That Should ApplyQuality Supervisor, Quality Team Lead, QA Supervisor, Quality Assurance Supervisor, Senior Quality Inspector, Quality Control Supervisor, Lead Quality Technician, Quality Assurance Team Lead, Manufacturing Quality Supervisor, Production Quality SupervisorWhy The Pivot Group NetworkThe Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
