Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with multistate privileges or eligible for South Carolina licensure
• Minimum one year of recent Operating Room experience (travel experience a plus)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with current perioperative best practices and patient safety standards

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care from pre-op through post-op stages
• Circulate and scrub for diverse surgical procedures as needed
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs for optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to strict aseptic techniques and infection prevention protocols
• Participate in patient and family education
• Document patient care accurately and promptly
