What You’ll Do

Lead and support daily shift operations
Deliver exceptional guest experiences with great food, service, and hospitality
Coach and motivate team members to meet goals in speed, accuracy, and service
Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training
Uphold food safety standards and operational procedures
Foster a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust

What We’re Looking For

Minimum age 18+
1+ year of restaurant management or shift leadership experience preferred
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
Strong communicator and calm under pressure
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
