Release Train Engineer

Overview: Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile Release Train execution in a SAFe environment. The role involves coordinating multiple Agile teams, managing dependencies, and driving program-level delivery excellence with strong focus on automated release management. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate PI Planning, ART sync, and Inspect & Adapt sessions
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments
- Drive Automated Release Management and CI/CD integration
- Ensure release governance, deployment readiness, and version control
- Provide program-level reporting to leadership
- 10+ years in Agile delivery or program management
- Proven experience as Release Train Engineer in SAFe environment
- Strong expertise in Automated Release Management
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
