This expanding region boasts a low cost of living and excellent educational opportunities in both private and public schools. Faculty members may also qualify for federal student loan forgiveness programs. Compensation and Benefits The starting base compensation for this role ranges from $300 to $350 per hour, depending on experience and faculty rank. Please note that this figure reflects the base pay only and does not account for variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation plans. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will occur during the recruitment process.
