Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Care Consultant based in Virginia Beach, VA. As a key member of the team, the Patient Care Consultant will be responsible for engaging with patients, understanding their concerns, providing education on treatment options, and guiding them through their personalized care plans. Daily responsibilities include scheduling appointments, coordinating with medical staff, answering patient inquiries, and ensuring a supportive and informed patient experience. The role requires a customer-focused approach with an emphasis on clear communication and professionalism in a dynamic clinical environment. Qualifications Background in Medicine or related fields, with a preference for experience in men’s health or hormone therapy Experience in Critical Care Medicine, with a strong understanding of patient care protocols Knowledge of Home Care and Elder Care practices is helpful Effective Training skills, with the ability to educate patients about their treatment plans and procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent patient experiences Ability to work collaboratively with medical teams in a clinical setting Healthcare or medical-related certifications are an advantage Prior experience in a client-focused healthcare role is highly beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr Men’s Wellness Centers
