The ideal candidate will have expertise in valuing a wide range of commercial property types, possess in-depth knowledge of Florida’s real estate market, and maintain the highest standards of accuracy, integrity, and professionalism. Job Brief We are a trusted valuation firm serving clients across Florida with professionalism and precision. Responsibilities Perform independent appraisals of commercial real estate properties, including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, special-use, and land. Collect, verify, and analyze market data, including sales, leases, income, expenses, and cost information. Prepare comprehensive written appraisal reports in compliance with USPAP, state regulations, and client requirements. Conduct site inspections, assess property condition, and document key characteristics. Research zoning, permitting, and land use restrictions relevant to property valuation. Provide expert analysis of highest and best use, market trends, and investment potential. Collaborate with clients, attorneys, lenders, accountants, and other stakeholders as needed. Maintain compliance with Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board requirements and continuing education standards. Uphold the highest ethical standards and protect confidential client information. Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, or related field (preferred). Minimum of 3–5 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience. Proficiency in appraisal software (e.g., Argus, CoStar, Excel, appraisal report writing platforms). Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills with attention to detail.
