Digital Engineering Application/Technician Development ProgramKickstart your career in energy management and automation through our Digital Engineering Application/Technician Development Program, beginning January 2027. This unique opportunity is designed for individuals with a two-year technical degree who are ready to apply their knowledge of electrical systems, networking, and software in a hands-on environment. You'll complete a six-month training program in Franklin, Tennessee, before transitioning into an Associate System Commissioning Specialist role supporting customers across the United States. Candidates for this position must be open to moving within the US. Through real-world projects, technical development, and customer engagement, you'll help power the digital transformation of critical electrical infrastructure.
