Field Sales Representative

We are a growing general contracting company specializing in hail damage insurance claims, and we are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, personable, and comfortable working independently in the field. As a Field Sales Representative, along with receiving in-house leads, you will be responsible for generating leads through door knocking, building strong relationships with homeowners, and managing assigned customer accounts throughout the insurance claim process. You will serve as the main point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and updates, helping ensure a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Generate new business through door-to-door sales and neighborhood canvassing Working with high quality In-house leads Meet with homeowners to explain our services and identify potential hail damage claims Manage assigned customer accounts and keep accurate status updates Track the progress of each insurance claim for houses assigned to you Serve as the primary contact for customer questions, concerns, and issues Communicate clearly with customers throughout the claim and project process Work closely with internal teams to help move claims and jobs forward Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and follow-through Qualifications Strong sales ability and self-motivation Comfortable with door knocking and in-person customer interaction Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple accounts at once Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently Experience in sales, roofing, restoration, insurance claims, or general contracting is a plus What We Offer Full training and support relevant to the job High commission-based compensation Flexible hours Opportunity to grow with a strong and active company Hands-on experience in a fast-paced industry Supportive team environment Performance-based earning potential About the Role This is a field-based, commission-based position with flexible scheduling.
