The Senior DSM Practice Consultant leads the design, commercialization, and successful realization of energy solutions across utility and public-sector programs. This role is accountable not only for developing high-quality, client-specific solutions during the sales and proposal process, but also for ensuring those solutions are executable, scalable, and deliver measurable outcomes in market.

This consultant operates as a strategic leader, solution architect, and practice builder, influencing program design across geographies while strengthening organizational capabilities, refining offerings, and driving growth.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in energy efficiency, demand-side management, electrification, or related fields
• Demonstrated success designing and delivering complex energy programs or solutions
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills (Excel, PowerBI or similar tools)
• Deep familiarity with regulated utility environments, filings, and evaluation frameworks
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight timelines
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience shaping or scaling program offerings across multiple markets
• Demonstrated expertise in process design, workflow mapping, and operational optimization
• Experience leveraging advanced analytics or AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Background in engineering, economics, environmental science, DSM programming or related analytical or DSM-based disciplines

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$83,000.00 - $124,600.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
