Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is essential for managing communications and documenting sales processes efficiently. Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital, along with social perceptiveness to understand and respond to customer needs effectively. Your ability to employ persuasion and negotiation skills will significantly enhance your success in closing sales.
