Registered Nurse RN OASIS and ICD 10 Reviewer Must live in Georgia, Jacksonville / Tallahassee Florida, North Carolina or South Carolina. Maintain continuity of patient care in a home care setting. Qualifications Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice. ICD‑10 Certification.
